Goals

We all have them. Mine is to walk 3 - 5 miles a day and stay as healthy as I can.

Music & Other Interests - Things That Heal

I rediscovered music. I had stopped listening for a few years as it just made me sad.
I think it is part of my healing process. It is a great sign that I am starting to enjoy songs that we shared through the years with smiles and happiness and no tears.

Finally got around to converting those old VHS tapes . I'm so glad I did . Seeing Ray and the family has become really important and special.
